The Things We See

You wouldn't necessarily think that we would see exciting things in Washington Boro, but oh how wrong that is...especially if someone in your family has anything to do with farming. We get lots of Turkey Hill trucks, milk trucks, trash trucks and other traffic going by our house on a daily basis. We also see and hear a few trains go by. The other night while we were eating dinner we had the pleasure of watching a load of combines go down the train tracks. This is not an odd occurrence in the spring and summer months, and even though we watch them go down the tracks every year, you just never know how many it will be at one time. Sometimes we just watch them go by, but more often than not Neil will start counting how many the train is carrying. On this particular evening there was a total of 82 Red Combines going down the tracks. Pretty Cool!
